Alis Mao kicked off 2010 with the New Year’s Eve grand opening of her new Dream Models modeling school. Then, earlier this month, she held her first art/fashion show at the Crown ballroom. A standing-room-only crowd (including Laura McBee and myself) enjoyed cocktails, decadent desserts, music and art as the “Tribute to Our Heroes” themed fashion show introduced Portland to fifteen fresh new models.
