Do you ever find yourself saying, “It’s Monday, so…
I have to go to work,
I have to pick up my kids after school or
I have to do the grocery shopping?”
(You get the drift. Insert your own personal examples here.)
Then try replacing “I have to” with
“I choose to go to work” or
“I get to pick up my kids after school” or even better yet,
“I’m so fortunate to be able to do the grocery shopping”
and see what a difference it makes in your day.
Lucky, lucky you.
